Allow me to introduce myself…

My name is Ashley Newborne, but you can call me Gray. I have been a professional makeup artist for the last 14 years and I have learned so much along my journey!

A little bit about me. I'm a southern girl with a love for the city, born in Virginia and raised in Atlanta. I'm an HBCU college grad, representing the illustrious Hampton University. I studied Public Relations & Marketing but fell madly in love with makeup and beauty while attending school. Since 2010, I have worked in the beauty industry. How'd I get my name? By being one of the only artists in Atlanta who understood and could execute clean beauty looks on black skin across different mediums. My journey has truly made me into the woman I am today. Coming from a bloodline of entrepreneurial women, my passion for business, education, and ownership runs deep.

Makeup has allowed me to enter rooms I never would've imagined. I have worked with some of today's most influential people and notable brands such as Amandla Stenberg, Charlamagne tha God, Teyana Taylor, Letoya Luckett, Storm Reid, Shaquille O’Neal, Angela Rye, Lori Harvey and many more.
